Underemployed means whatever they have knowledge gained from overall undergraduate course which is not going to use and they don't get that much of reward as they deserve.             I'm also product of our educati on system. It's true that our education system has made us qualified. Nowadays the school education is mandatory. It helps us to grow internally. It teaches a lot of things like how to think, reasoning.
