Flaws of education system in India.

               Around 60% of graduates are either underemployed or unemployed. Underemployed means whatever they have knowledge gained from overall undergraduate course which is not going to use and they don't get that much of reward as they deserve.
            I'm also product of our educati
on system. It's true that our education system has made us qualified. Nowadays the school education is mandatory. It helps us to grow internally. It teaches a lot of things like how to think, reasoning. It also makes us disciplined. But when we passed out from school and enters into the college there is big broken education system in our country. I'm going to tell you flaws and solutions of this.

         There is hypothetical case study, suppose one guy is passed out from an engineering college. He had invested 9-10 lacs for his course. He got job of 5 lacs CTC means he will get 32-33k per month in hand. From which he has to pay loan he has to give some money to family, he has to spend on daily expenses like rent, inn etc. Do you think he will be having that much of money that he can invest in his personal growth. The answer is big NO.
              In India the overall tution fees of any undergraduate course is very high which a common middle-class family doesn't able to afford. According to survey there are around 49% middle-class families in which 59% of that are under lower class. How can middle-class student can afford this.
       There is a solution provided by banks that's education loan. Let's take a look inside this. The average interest rate for saving account in any bank in India is around 4-5%. On the other hand, interest rate of education loan is 9.85% it's around 10%. That means the thing like education which is everyone's base of future is so much expensive.

           
                   Coming to topic, there is another flaw in the education system called as faculties issues. I'm not criticizing genuine knowledgeable person in specific field. But there over 10000 AICTE approved engineering institute in our country. And it is definitely seen in every college that most of the recent passed out students of college are teaching faculties of same college. They work for money. There passion is not teaching. So how can you expect that students can get deserved knowledge.

                   If I talk about syllabus pattern, around 90% of universities have outdated syllabus. We usually feel what we are studying which had been studied by our grandparents also. There is no updation as there is exponential technological growth. No experimental pattern in curriculum. There only theoretical work that is recite, memorize and explain on a piece of paper. That's it. Nowadays if a want a knowledge then I can get on a single click. Why should I memories.

These are some highlighted flaws in our education system. There are also good things but these are not implemented in today's generation. Technology is far ahead than present education system. The solutions of these flaws will be discussed in upcoming page.
